At Fritz and Muller, we are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager (H/M) to oversee the commercialization of sponsorship assets. We work for a leading international sports marketing agency that partners with clubs, federations, and brands to create strategic and sustainable partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement prospecting strategies.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Analyze client needs and manage meetings.
- Develop proposals in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Present, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals.
- Advise advertisers on sports communication strategies.
- Maintain and strengthen business relationships, including attendance at events and matches.
Requirements:
- Location: Paris
- Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports industry.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and key account management skills.
- Results-driven mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
- Knowledge of sponsorship marketing and the sports industry.
