At Fritz and Muller, we are looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager (H/M) to oversee the commercialization of sponsorship assets. We work for a leading international sports marketing agency that partners with clubs, federations, and brands to create strategic and sustainable partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Analyze client needs and manage meetings.
  • Develop proposals in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Present, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals.
  • Advise advertisers on sports communication strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen business relationships, including attendance at events and matches.

Requirements:

  • Location: Paris
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and key account management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
  • Knowledge of sponsorship marketing and the sports industry.
