Human Resources and Office Administrator

A Multinational Company located in Rotterdam, South Holland, looking to fill a role that combines office management with human resources support to ensure smooth, efficient operations and a positive work environment.

RESPONSABILITIES:

Office Administration:

  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Administrative Support: Organize company events, meetings, and support office-based activities.

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding processes, and orientation for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as an HR contact for employees, support engagement initiatives, and maintain confidentiality.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance: Maintain personnel records, support policy updates, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll data collection and benefits administration.
  • HR Data & Systems: Manage accurate HR data and support updates in HR systems.
  • Budget & Training: Track HR and office budgets and assist in local and global training programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in office administration and/or HR support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws is a plus.
