Job Description:


The Junior Sponsorship Sales will support the identification, acquisition, and management of brand sponsorships within the  entertainment industry. This role focuses on building meaningful, lasting relationships with brand partners, ensuring they receive strong support and effective campaign results. From initial outreach to post-campaign reporting, the Junior Brand Partnership
Manager will help drive value for sponsors and contribute to enhancing audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Sponsorship Acquisition

● Research potential brand partners and build a list of sponsorship prospects.
● Tailor partnership proposals to align brand objectives with audience engagement opportunities.
● Support negotiations, ensuring agreements align with company values.


Relationship Management

● Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsors, supporting their needs throughout the partnership.
● Coordinate with internal teams to integrate sponsor activations effectively.
● Help address any partnership issues, ensuring sponsor satisfaction.


Campaign Execution and Follow-Up

● Assist in creating engaging sponsor activations that resonate with audiences.
● Monitor campaign performance and gather data for post-event reporting.
● Collect feedback from sponsors to improve future partnerships.
Market Analysis & Strategy
● Stay updated on industry trends to help shape sponsorship offerings.
● Work with teams to ensure sponsorship packages align with market trends.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
● 2–3 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, or account management, ideally
in entertainment or events.
● Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and support sponsor needs.
● Basic understanding of the entertainment industry and an interest in live events.
